I've been coming here for 8 years and it's my go to place when I need a room in Cairns. There's a variety of room styles to suit all types of travellers. I was happy with the basic room that has eve...I've been coming here for 8 years and it's my go to place when I need a room in Cairns. There's a variety of room styles to suit all types of travellers. I was happy with the basic room that has everything I need, Decent bed, hot shower, working toilet (I mention this after being in South East Asia the last 6 months), TV, and excellent Wi-Fi. Staff are really great and help solve any problems. The swimming pool is excellent (my kid loves swimming in it) and they've added as small play equipment area for the kids and a couple of BBQs. Proximity to the city is OK... bit of a walk or short drive. But excellent location to be picked up for day drips and tours.Show More

Communication through the app wasn't great, but phone and in person were excellent. The location was near food options and close enough to the Esplanade and waterfront to grab a boat trip or enjoy the festivities in town. The room was the perfect size for the three of us. It had a nice kitchenette, as well as fridge and good AC. The pool area is so lovely, very tropical and comfortable with free sun cream available daily. The lily ponds in the front are beautiful, too.Show More

Hot water took ages to reach the bathroom. Power points to TV did not work. Bed on tiles moved constantly.
