Perfect for a 3 day stay. Super comfy; everything provided at great standard; view looking down on the terrace and riverwalk. Teracce area perfect for chilling out. Two bars with one that offered coffee and pastries in the morning. Hotel ideal location for exploring San Antonio on foot each day.Show More

But, from the moment I arrived to Hotel Valencia, I was treated like royalty with the staff consistently addressing me by my last name, and treating me with the upmost respect. It was a breath of fresh air walking feeling welcomed by everyone here, and leaving with the a bottled glass water and valet knowing who I was without asking. How they did it without obviously over doing it still surprises & impresses me. The hotel itself is stunning- clean & beautifully designed. But exactly my style. My corner room offered a breathtaking of the Riverwalk, and being in the heart of San Antonio made it an easy walk to experience the most popular destinations of the downtown area. Hotel Valencia delivered far beyond my expectations. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s truly an experience I’ll remember very fondly and highly recommend to anyone staying in San Antonio, as I refuse to stay anywhere else now. You don't realize how much stress unloading and loading your luggage is until you have someone take that task off your hands. We were even able to check out on time, but left our luggage in their care so that we could enjoy more of the beautiful Riverwalk. Both were ready to help us load up and depart on OUR terms. - check in became stressful when I misplaced my wallet. Their patience and willingness to help put us at such ease and turned what could have been a meltdown into an easy going and smooth transaction. - finally, the stay overall. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. We're even greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine that we were able to enjoy from our convenient patio. And dining in the restaurant is a MUST. Skip the chain restaurants that flood the walkways.Show More
