8.7(2122)2/10 Resort fee and additional car parking fee disgrace
Be warned that you have to pay not only the excessive resort fee (the highest we have ever been forced to pay), at $58 per day, but you also have to pay an extra $38 per day just to park your car!
They state that the resort fee covers this that and the other but in reality it’s just a hidden cost to bump up the room rate. Laughable one of the ‘resort fees’ is for a free trolley shuttle one ride up and down international drive, and a free glass of champagne.
There is nothing at this hotel that justifies this resort fee and punishing those with a car with an additional daily charge is not only insulting but should steer car drivers away from staying here.
I have raised my unhappiness at the front desk and also with customer service but of course neither has bothered to respond as we are not high rollers or corporate enough.
This hotel is really only for convention visitors so the average tourist should look elsewhere.

We were there for a conference. The conference center was connected via an airbridge. So convenient! The room had a pool view and we liked it so much. The lifts have never been crowded. The room was clean and comfortable.

8/10 Convention crowd, but efficiently run
Quiet & clean hotel adjacent to the EAST halls of the Orange Co Convention Center. Nearby restaurants within walking distance, offer many dining options.
The hotel is beginning to show it's age and wear. King room was large and spacious. Bed was comfortable.
Doors to rooms can be slammed shut - other guests are annoying (hydraulic closing mechanisms would be great).

The hotel was outstanding. My room was fantastic, with an incredible view, a comfortable bed, and warm, refreshing showers. The internet ran smoothly without any issues. The entire experience was seamless—the hotel was convenient, beautiful, and impeccably clean. It had everything one could want in a stay.

We love the convenience of having a 24h open market and different food options for dine in or take out.
We loved the welcoming at the entrance door, very personalized.
We love the fact that it is a big location with different spaces.

Hotel is luxurious and has great views of the city. It has a beautiful pool and is very tidy. Lobby is decorated very nicely and is perfect location-wise for the Orange County Convention Center, with its own walkway there. Would recommend, whether for business or personal leisure.

Great check-in experience, very helpful in choosing best room for our needs. Only negative is that mattresses need updates, a bit too saggy. Very quiet, fairly good club level experience. Italian restaurant on site had good service and food quality.
