I cannot express enough gratitude for Jerrilyn at the Swan and Dolphin Hotel—she was truly an angel in disguise! My husband and I arrived in Orlando exhausted and heartbroken after a terrible experience with another hotel (not Disney-affiliated), which overbooked and denied our reservation. We had nowhere to go, and with a massive cheerleading competition in town, every hotel seemed fully booked. Desperate and sleep-deprived, we took a chance and drove to the Swan and Dolphin, hoping for a miracle.
That’s when we met Jerrilyn. From the moment we stepped up to the front desk, she radiated warmth, understanding, and genuine kindness. She listened to our situation with such empathy and went above and beyond to find us a room, even speaking with her manager to make it happen. The relief we felt at that moment was indescribable—we were so overwhelmed with gratitude that we nearly cried.
Not only did Jerrilyn save our trip, but she also made my 30th birthday extra special. She surprised me with a birthday button and sweet treats, making me feel truly celebrated. On top of that, she shared helpful tips to make the most of our Disney park days, ensuring we had the most magical experience possible.
Jerrilyn turned what could have been a disaster into an unforgettable trip, and we are so thankful for her kindness and dedication to exceptional service. I only regret not writing this review sooner! I hope she knows just how much of an impact she made on our stay. She deserves all the recognition in the world for making magic happen when we needed it most. Thank you, Jerrilyn!

10/10 Stay here for easy Disney transport before a cruise!!!
My adult daughter and I just spent one night before a Disney Wish Mother/Daughter cruise together and loved this property! It was so easy to walk over to the Boardwalk hotel the morning of the cruise and take the Disney shuttle bus to the ship. Maybe a 5 min walk? By taking the Disney transport we were able to get boarding group 3 and were one of the first ones allowed to board the ship! The Disney Swan had wonderful pools and hot tubs for after our flight to Orlando, and many options for food including the entire Boardwalk and Disney resorts restaurants as well. They offer unlimited bottled water included in your resort fee ( which was high at $50) but for location it was worth it to us. The rooms have just been completely redone and they were very nice! My husband and I are taking a quick long weekend together and we will be returning in just a few weeks!

2/10 AVOID AT ALL COST
We booked a room two days ahead of time for March 1. We arrive at 10:30 PM that night after 10 hours at the park to check in and there is NO ROOM AVAILABLE. They give us some BS about housekeeping is still cleaning the room. UH NO- check in is 4:00 PM! There were 5 other couples in the same boat as us. We asked for a refund and they refused because we booked through hotels.com. They offered us 100 bucks to use at the hotel bar that closed in 15 minutes and free valet for our trouble. NO THANKS IT'S MIDNIGHT. We left and drove 2.5 hours home. We had to fight with this hotel for DAYS to get a refund from hotels.com cause the hotel wouldn't answer any of their calls. AVOID AT ALL COST.

3/10 Very upset gave me anxiety that nothing was done with the noise.
Horrible experience was put a room next to a family that had 2 babies. Those kids cried all afternoon when I came back from Epcot and tried to take a nap. Then they woke up bright and early at 6:00 am and cried some more. I don’t go on a weekend getaway to hear kids screaming and crying. Will never stay here again.

10/10 The best service
This is not a Disney resort per se, operated by Marriott. The service was top notch. The room was comfortable and clean, actually the whole place was impeccable. We ate one breakfast at the Garden Grove which was excellent. Just a short walk to Boardwalk or Epcot. Water taxi service to Hollywood Studios.
My one and only complaint was paying for parking $38 per day and a tacked on resort fee of $45 per day that I was not expecting.

2/10 Bad start to our vacation
They don’t have our room we requested and not ready at 3pm. We stayed at The Green last time her and this is our first time at the Swan. Not a good start to our vacation. We were here on time and still not ready. Don’t recommend unless you want disappointment. So here we sit waiting for a room past check in time.

10/10 I love the convenience and cleanliness of The Swan!
I always stay either here or The Dolphin when I go to EPCOT. The location is ideal, and the hotel is so beautiful! It has a coffee shop to grab a quick cup of latte, and lots of other food and drinks. Il Mulino is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Orlando!

Amazing hotel. Very clean. Bed was fabulous. If you’re going to Epcot this is the perfect hotel. Super convenient. Easy to get to. Left the firework show a couple minutes early to miss the massive crowd. Worth the money if you’re going to Epcot.

The hotel is located on the Disney property. Because I booked a day at Magic Kingdom, I took a bus to the park. It usually takes about 15 minutes to get to the park. The room was quiet and clean, although I didn't spend much time in my room. Overall, no problems.

The location is so close to Hollywood Studios and Epcot! I took water taxi to Hollywood Studios and Epcot for 10 minutes and took bus to Animal Kingdom for 15 minutes. The farthest is Magic Kingdom, but still accessible.
