The accommodations and the conference rooms were nice, and the hotel was clean.
The pillows were lumpy. Customer service needs a LOT of attention. Upon arrival @ 2 AM, we asked the front desk attendant where the conference room was located, so we wouldn't have to search for it in the morning. He had no idea. I feel like front desk attendants should know where to direct guests.
When we arrived in our room, we found there were no washcloths or hand towels. At 2 AM, knowing we had to be at a conference at 7:15 AM, I didn't want to wait for a towel delivery. I decided to use a full-size towel to remove my makeup. Assuming it was a fluke that the towels were missing for that day, we didn't say anything to the front desk. The next day, however, once again we had no hand towels and washcloths.?? I called the front desk once, and no one answered. I called the desk again (I'm assuming the button on the phone was answered by the front desk) and after it rang at least 20 times, she picked up the call only to immediately place me on hold. After being on hold for at least five minutes, I hung up, deciding I'd tell the front desk on our way to lunch. I'm assumed that it would be taken care of by the time we got back. Three hours later, there were still no washcloths and hand towels. I called the desk again. The clerk apologized and called/spoke with the runner while she had me on the phone to be sure the matter was taken care of. Thankfully, a few minutes later, the towels arrived.
The only other complaint is that there are no USB plug-ins in the room. Most of the time, you find them in the desk plug outlet area and/or the nightstand, but there were none. I'm glad I brought my plug-in boxes. This should be updated pretty quickly. Today's clients expect hotels, and really all businesses, to keep up with technology to give the best customer service possible.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. This timeliness in a different building, it was dated not very clean and our room smelled of cats pee. We asked to change the room apparently there were no rooms available. It’s a Marriott I asked there was another hotel they also said no. They were running out of food no eggs for breakfast. One of the metal bars on our balcony was Loose in fact it was sticking out and my grandson could have climbed through it. I also reported this bit to no avail. It was a horrible experience this time around and we will never stay there again.

Well upon check didn’t tell me my key to my room opened gates for parking so my card was hit multiple times for double parking fees. Upon arrival no blankets , sheets were sandy, room smelled weird . Told the front they keep charging my card for parking after they said they would refund it since I paid with my card just kept charging even after I left. Can’t take coolers to the pool so they try and make you buy $40 in 2 drinks for watery daiquiri automatically charge 18 percent gratuity. Location was good for Disney .

10/10 Comfortable Stay
I was a little nervous to stay here because of all the bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean, everything worked like it was supposed to and the beds were comfortable. The coffee shop in the lobby was very convenient but there is a Starbucks next door, too. I don’t recommend a city facing view, though, because you can hear a lot of street traffic. Otherwise our stay was great. We would definitely stay here again.

3/10 Unacceptable $25 parking/ per day hidden fee!
Absolutely not happy with the $25 parking fee per day! It was a hidden fee that was NOT on the booking.com page! Had we know this we would have never booked there !
Not only was it a hidden fee but there was not even security for the cars. Go to a hotel that has free parking! Not happy at all!

I loved the location everything was close by check- in was smooth pool was great and loved the fact that towels were right there to use and as many as you needed. The staff very friendly and helpful . Loved the fact our was secured and easy to leave and enter property. We had the best time and will be coming back to stay again

Shuttle was great. Very punctual, you really don’t want to be late or you’ll miss it. Pool was perfect. Great value for the dollar. So many restaurants nearby. In my opinion a better option than Disney springs resorts. We walked to Disney springs and you are about 20 minutes from universal. It is an older resort, but I feel that’s reflected in the price.

I had an incredible stay at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Hotel! Everything was top-notch, from the exceptional service to the stunning amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The pool was absolutely amazing, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

The kids love the slide and pool area! Relaxing for parents and love a hotel room with bunk beds! Perfect for families of 5! 27 palms has delicious food and drinks! The service is great and it is a great time! We’ve been a few times and will definitely be back!

5/10 This hotel has potential but needs a lot of maintenance. Don’t be fooled by the hotel pictures.
Pool area is nice but needs repairs and updates.
The staff did a good job keeping the pool area clean.

10/10 Great resort for families with kids
Everything was great! Great pools for kids with waterslide and kids area, game room and activities! The staff was very nice and the room was big and cozy. Definitely great value for price, much better than any other hotel in the same price range and comparable with other resorts charging 3 times more. Fare resort fees and parking fees, no hidden fees.

2/10 Super bad experience
There was a cleaning lady who welcomed us on our first day checking in who gave us extra water and coffee, but besides that it was bad. We couldn't even get anyone on the phone and no microwave in the room.
