The pools and grounds are gorgeous. There's a lazy river and slides. The service poolside was excellent. Inside our room was spacious and immaculate. There are several restaurants at this hotel plus several spots to hang out and read, eat, or people watch at your leisure. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.Show More

The hotel itself is beautiful and the amenities are excellent. The pool and common areas are very well maintained, and I would definitely love to stay here again. The room was spacious and very nice, though it did have a bit of a humid smell from the carpet, nothing major, just noticeable. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the dining options. It was delicious, fresh, and by far the best food experience we had during our stay. That said, I do wish the restaurants were of better quality. The food at the other spots was mediocre at best, especially considering how expensive it was. Drinks were also extremely overpriced, which took away from the overall dining experience. Despite that, the hotel itself is a wonderful place to stay with great service and amenities. With some improvements in the restaurant and bar offerings, this could easily be a solid 5 star experienceShow More

Be prepared for $20.00 to $30.00 drinks for common gin or whiskey, wouldn't want to imagine premium! Evening simple buffet was $49.00 per person, very good but a very small spread. Been here a few times over the years, as we have the Ritz next door...food and drink pricing has just become too pricey for us to likely return, but it IS a beautiful place!! The Ritz has the same pricing but without the screaming kids whose parents think we are all impressed!!Show More
