For the price, I was very disappointed. Before we could use the shower, I noticed a large hairball in the shower! I then noticed it looked as if the shower head and faucet handles hadn’t been cleaned ...For the price, I was very disappointed. Before we could use the shower, I noticed a large hairball in the shower! I then noticed it looked as if the shower head and faucet handles hadn’t been cleaned in some time. So I went to the front desk, showed them a picture of the hairball and shower head and was assured the bathroom would get a “Deep Clean” that morning and 2 tokens for a couple free coffees for my inconvenience. We left for a few hours and came back, house keeping had come in and made the beds, but the hairball was STILL in the shower. Then we noticed hair on the shower walls too!!! I called down again and they said they’d send someone. A housekeeper came in about an hour later, spent less than 5 mins with a single rag and single spray bottle then left. That was the deep clean. I know she would not have been able to reach the shower head without a ladder which she did not have. The floors were tiled in the room but if you walked around barefoot or in white socks, your feet were dirty. I also sent pictures of everything and emails to management that were not acknowledged and no other concessions or condolences were offered for the lack of cleanliness. Additionally, our room had no exterior window, we were not told when we brought our bags in, but we had to use stairs to get to and from our room, so after winding down long hallways and riding in a dubious elevator to the second floor with a luggage cart, we had to abandon it to get the bags to the correct hallway! Honestly, the staff was uninterested and unfriendly and the accommodations were dirty, I would not stay again.Show More
