When we first arrived I asked my husband to close the window because I thought there was a construction site outside. Unfortunately it was inside - a very noisy air conditioning unit. I had to request...When we first arrived I asked my husband to close the window because I thought there was a construction site outside. Unfortunately it was inside - a very noisy air conditioning unit. I had to request room servicing twice because we'd been missed and the bins were overflowing. We had sufficient towels but nowhere else to put rubbish. Not entirely the fault of the hotel, there was a constant background smell of smoke. With cigarette machines in the casinos there is a permanent layer of smoke which gets on to your clothes and back to the rooms. We had booked a non-smoking room but still noticed the smell on clothing when we got home and opened our cases. Foodwise The Bailiwick and The Copper Whisk are good options. Java is almost the same price as The Copper Whisk but no free refills making it more expensive. We also found the staff at Java could be quite rude - they would set up the payment and walk off then comment on the machine timing out as if it is the customer's fault. When this happened to us just before closing they said it had cancelled and I needed to authorise the payment again - even though a message had flashed up indicating authorisation. They wouldn't give me a receipt confirming it hadn't gone through so we refused the transaction. There are no hot drink making facilities in the room but there is an ice bucket for cold drinks. The one real positive is the website pictures were an accurate representation of our room.Show More

At first, my family and I were worried that the facility would not be up to standards like it was when we attended...We came out to Vegas from San Diego to attend and race in the USA BMX Vegas National. At first, my family and I were worried that the facility would not be up to standards like it was when we attended the same race at South Point. Although it's not nearly as large as South Point, we had a great time. The thing I loved the most were the valet staff because they were SO insanely friendly, the house cleaners who made our rooms so nice and clean, and the second thing we loved about the casino was how mellow the vibe was. I like that it was mostly a locals casino making it less busy and smokey. The ONLY problem we experienced was at the Japanese restaurant where we uncounted some raw chicken, but the manager came over and took care of us right away. Overall, we had a great stay and will be back when we have another BMX race. Show More

And great coffee and pastries in the morning. This is huge! Beautiful room with sofa and side chair and table. Beautiful beds and so comfortable. The room was bigger than the average hotel room. Large bathroom with plenty of room for hanging clothes. I could easily live there! LOL! No refrigerator though. Overall I love this hotel.Show More

The rooms are a bit dated & could use some extra cleaning. But overall we had a comfortable bed & hot water to shower so we were happy. The room service was a bonus & so good! All the restaurants are expensive but good. Didn’t really care for sbarro pizza but the rest were great. We enjoyed a movie one day & bowling one day. We didn’t play much so can’t really comment on play. I lost $27 lol. We had a Turo rental car for our stay so we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. For families this hotel is perfect. Show More
