The hotel has a very good location, it is close to Kyoto Station, and we loved its style. We also loved our room (though of course with big pieces of luggage more space would have been great), the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was simply amazing. The staff was extremely helpful, they helped us send our luggage on to our next destination by Yamato. The extra things available at the reception (e.g. tea, facial mask, body lotion etc.) are also a nice touch (I fell in love with the Tearth sweet honey tea there). The hotel offers many free activities as well such as workshops or the Social Hour and Sweets Hour. One evening, we managed to try the Social Hour when free drinks and snacks are offered, but unfortunately couldn't find the time for the others.Show More
