Concierge don't work at all, always empty chair, if you ask for a good restaurant don't have any idea, I couldn't believe. Reception can't help you with not working acces card key 5x.every day happened, I am Gold elite member Bonwoy, and they promised me to credit to my account nights and points. It is never happened, as I have booked through booking.com. Icemaker on the 6th floor havent worked for 6 days, always promising that will start work next day... I paid for my stay more than 10.000 usd

10/10 Great stay plus fantastic beach staff
Andrew and Oskens are so kind and hospitable. We had the best time at the beach and were treated so well. 10/10 mother daughter trip! Restaurants are solid plus South Beach has a litany of options off property as well and the hotel is so centrally located that all of South Beach is accessible.

My friend and I stayed at the ritz beach and the experience was lovely. Food and drinks was very yummy. Everyone made sure the day was perfect. Shoutout to beach staff Carlos Caleb and our server Micheal. You guys are the best! One day at this beach and you’ll be very relaxed and well pampered.

we love it here its just the best of the best everytime we come they treat us like royalty--and who wouldn't love that? from the moment we arrive, the intoxicating lobby smell is like a breath of fresh air-it smells soooo good but what we really love are the spa treatmtnets. best of the best!

Caleb make us feel incredibly special and valued! Great way to end our trip on the beach at the Ritz. The spot on the beach was incredible and he made sure our beach bed was exactly the way we wanted it. We loved having a full day here and would definitely come back!

Caleb was phenomenal! He helped get us all set up with our cabana was an absolute amazing conversationalist! The location was perfect and everything exceed any expectations! Would definitely come back specifically for Caleb and the amazing service!!

6/10 If you have to money to not care… it is a nice place, all others beware.
It was very clean and the AC was wonderful after being out on a very hot day. The elevators were fast. There were plenty of staff around you just had to tip everyone so it added up to like an extra 100$ a day between car, bags, doors, putting a towel on a lounge, adjusting an umbrella, etc.

The Ritz is always a win for me...no matter which country I visit. This was a but more laid back than what I'm used to from them but it was still nice.

Room is big, enough space to move around
Bathroom was just like home big as well. but shover could a bit more large.
Enough space for her/his belongings
A large reception area within a bar, very nice.
Elevator are mostly dark ( the lights ) / maybe its a part of deco, but l like it
There is always someone at the reception, in the middle of the night l need some docs to print out, they were helpful.
Concierge available, if you have a late flight you can use it, then you can enjoy at the beach
Security : l bought some items online and security was always helpful to bring it up to our rooms
There is a pool, you can enjoy it, but we always go to beach, there is access from hotel poolside. and towels are ready at the beach for your comfort.
During our staying, the sea was so good, almost no waves. but salty, but sea water is always healthy.
It is at the shopping district area.
Breakfast : there is a restaurant at the Ritz called ZEYTINYA, for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Breakfast has a choice of open buffet or ala carte menu.
well breakfast was fair enough. but its needs to be improved.
Zeytinya is mediterranean restaurant, but just the name : why
as l m from Turkey, origin of the name come from olive's, zeytinya in a way means olives land or world.
You can't think of Mediterranean breakfast without olives / zeytin, open buffet should have black and green olives.
Muffins are so delicious.
Need more different types of cheese. but this is my opinion.

The buffet breakfast was very nice. the location of the hotel is very central. the use of sun loungers on the beach is very pleasant. if we come to miami again, the hotel we will stay at will definitely be the ritz again because we had a comfortable holiday.

10/10 Amazing stay, would stay here again next time in South Beach
My stay at The Ritz was near perfect. The service and staff from the reception to the restaurants (shoutout to Gobi!) to the beach staff and cleaning crews went above and beyond for us. I required some accommodations due to health issues and they were able to make me as comfortable as possible. A huge thank you to everyone who took care of us. The hotel itself is small and very easy to get around, it’s super clean and overall beautiful. Would definitely stay here again for my next visit.

4/10 Amazing staff, perfect position, uncomfortable bed for heavy people
- Amazing staff, Mrs. Sara, a young lady from Spain was absolutely amazing, kind and professional. All the rest of the staff including management were trying to do their best in fullfilling our requests.
- Perfect position, right at the crossroad of lincoln road and ocean drive, in the very heart of where you wanna be.
- Very clean, the rooms are in perfect condition. Bathroom is large, shower amenities are top-notch quality. Housecleaning is perfect.
