We had breakfast included for which you...Absolutely loved this hotel in a really good location and lovely facade, I’ve long wanted to go to Miami and staying in a boutique art deco hotel made the trip. We had breakfast included for which you were issued a voucher for each day of your stay this could be used next door at seasons cafe or just down the street and turn right at the orange blossom restaurant which is lovely and although there is a reduced menu to normal there is a good range to choose from and get water, juice and tea or coffee too included. Good amount of sun loungers at the pool and never had an issue getting a bed although I presume would be more difficult in high season and it’s only a 5 min or so walk to the beach where loungers and towels are available free although it is $22 for umbrella hire. I think the only slight downside for us was the size of our room paid for a Juliette balcony room with pool view which we got but size and layout must vary as it was much smaller than the pictures advertised online with no storage except for 1 wardrobe and 1 bedside unit with 1 drawer probably not a problem if only staying for a few nights but we were there for 10 and really could have done with the dressing table and drawers shown along with bedside units to both sides of the bed. We were aware of the hefty resort fee/tax of $45 a night as it stated it on BA who we booked through however as seems to be the way in Miami there’s always a tax on a tax and it took it up to more like $52 a night. Lots of places to eat if you walk down to Lincoln or Ocean Drive however they are all pricy for pretty basic meals and all bar one place we ate in (Big Pink) chargers a service charge and tax and then want a tip on top of that as well which resulted in most meals being around $100. Found public transport brilliant both the free trolly bus and the paid one and cost us less than £2 each, each way to get to downtown Miami which has also got a free monorail to get around, checkout bayside where’s there’s shops restaurants and boat tours.Show More

They are lucky to have him—he knows his craft, and knows how to read a room, attend to customers and make them feel heard and seen—attentive, lovely and friendly, and he makes amazing cocktails!! Cosmo, Espresso Martinis, you name it! Alejandro is the BEST of the best. Great vibe. Nate is not playing games with his cocktail making skilllllz, and Mike was fun and friendly. The sushi is amazing here as in NYC, get the fried chicken and all the rolls, love the spicy tuna, and their fried rice is to die for! Happy Hour is fun and great deal. Walter at the pool Tiki bar was always attentive, friendly, great Bloody Marys and Margaritas—so sweet. JJ was sweet, by pool bar as well.
