2/10 Awful hotel
$10,000 waste of money. Worst vacation hotel we have ever had. First off there are only two elevators working so you’re standing in the hallway with 25+ people every single time… Stopping on every floor. You have to leave your room 15 minutes early if you have a reservation just so you are late. They weren’t letting kids use the slide at the pool, the ENTIRE 7 days. The guy at the desk of the Tresor tower was rude 3 times. We had to file a complaint as he was the furthest thing from hospitable. The bartenders at the pool were also rude. It also took over 20 mins to get help, anytime you went to the front desk. They have 1 person working and he is beyond slow. I can go on and on, but this hotel is ill equipped to handle a family of 4. The prices for drinks are outrageous. $11 for a corona! $35 for a small drink. Everything you do is insanely priced. This place is not worth it. We only stay at top hotels. This is a 3 star at best.

I had a wonderful stay at Fountain Blue Miami Beach! The atmosphere was vibrant and lively, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the Miami party scene. The amenities were fantastic, though a bit pricey, but I really loved the beautiful pool area. The location is also great, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a fun getaway!

Our wonderful beach hostess Miriam was sooo kind, attentive and full of helpful information for our stay! We felt very pampered in this beautiful beach today! We rented a cabana and it was absolutely lovely! Our food was amazing...highly suggest , sweet potatoe tots, empanadas, and wings

Crowded, loud, and expensive. If you're a 20s something on an expense account, it's perfect but if you in your 70s and looking for quiet and cozy, it's not the place for you. One good thing to say about the hotel is that the service staff was very helpful and friendly.

Gianni and Tomas were the best! Sat by the beach on loungers, were seated very quickly and provided with beachside service for food/appetizers and drinks. We’re given some of the best service! Would highly recommend and would def come back.

Amazing property. Massive resort and very very busy with people.
We are in the buffet for breakfast which had a huge variety of food and nice atmosphere.
Rooms were nice and comfortable.
Pool area nice. London was helpful. Free water to drink round pool.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was great for family holidays, lots of pools, but it wasn't open in the evening because I was preparing for the New Year stage, which I felt a bit disappointed because I was just getting ready to go swimming in the evening.
