The staff is very nice and do take the Time to address any means that you have I had a very delicious black and mahi-mahi sandwich with the best french fries I’ve had in a while. The rooms are modern with modern amenities, such as a wireless charger, which is essential another thing I liked about this property is it was directly across the street from the Best part of South Beach there’s also a Walgreens located next-door in addition to an Avis right next-door if you need a rental car. the convention center is two blocks away, which is an easy walk. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach, close to great restaurants, and easy access to everything Miami has to offer. The room was comfortable, clean, and had beautiful views of the canal, especially at sunset. What really made my stay stand out, though, was the team. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Miami. Highly recommend The Gates South Beach for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located, and hospitable stay!Show More
