Easy drive between hotel/all WDW areas. They offer shuttle service also. Large parking deck or valet. Parking is $40/ night I think. Covered walk way to hotel from it. Hotel Connects via huge conference area to Waldorf Astoria. Lobby is spacious and airy. clean. desk was very welcoming and personable. . tons of seating. even couch seating outside at front pull-up, while awaiting uber or valet. They offer luggage assistance. has large bar, store/food like starbucks and fruit , breakfast sandwiches , alcohol most everything. Can charge to room. Behind bar is cute seating outside with fire pits. Pool area is amazing! Lazy river. Free large round floats. Store by pool with floats, swim attire (men’s trunks $20). sunscreen. towels free to use. Tons of chairs. Great food/bar area with lots of fire pits and seating. A waterslide for kids but saw adults on it too. Cabanas to rent. Don’t know how much. Clean bathrooms in the middle. The water was not warm, but definitely not cold. was just right. Clean. No lifeguard. Lots of umbrellas and shade. There’s a flag on every chair that you lift up and the food attendant comes to take your order and then the runners bring it out to you,so You don’t ever have to go to the bar if you don’t want to. That was amazing. Cocktails also. The food was very good as well. There are menus at each chair. our room was a two queen room with a pool view and it was absolutely gorgeous. It had everything we needed. Refrigerator, plenty of space to put things on top of drawer areas. Tons of outlets and Internet access and USB plugs. Closet. Safe and coffee pot. Coffee pot was Nespresso, which was delightful. Bathroom is quite a nice size. Had a bathtub. Also had a lighted mirror. Wall to wall carpet, which was unusual but very nice. They said the rooms have been recently redone. Beds were a little bit firm, but comfortable and pillows were also very comfortable. it was quiet, but we also take a fan to block out noise. We were on the sixth floor there are nine. I would definitely return again if the price is right, bc location is perfect and hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend.Show More

The people working the front desk are very professional and well trained. The lobby is impressive and there are several restaurants on the premises allowing for many options for food and drink. The entire hotel is recently renovated so everything is clean, updated, and with high quality furnishings. Our room was spacious yet comfortable. We didn’t have a great view, but that was the only downsize. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. I appreciated the lotion dispenser. I especially appreciated high quality coffee and tea in the room. We were at the end of a long hallway so it was very quiet. The pool is incredible. Truly. The lazy river is relaxing. It was never crowded and we did not have any problems finding tubes or places to sunbath. Maybe summer or the winter months would be different, but October was the perfect time to visit. We took the shuttle to Disney parks and Disney springs. It was comfortable and efficient. It does not always travel every hour, so make sure you look at the schedule. We also took an uber back from Disney Springs and it cost us only $15 one way. I highly recommend this hotel. it’s the perfect location and luxury.Show More

The bathroom lights were not working for almo...I checked in on Sunday, November 9, and my stay has been nothing short of frustrating. One issue after another made it a truly unpleasant experience. 1. The bathroom lights were not working for almost one full days — they were only fixed on Monday evening. 2. On Monday night, my room key stopped working, and I had to go all the way down to the front desk after a long day just to get it reactivated. 3. two time I used the parking garage, the access key failed, forcing me to return to the lobby repeatedly to get help. 4. On Tuesday mid-night or Wednesday morning around 12:30 AM,I was locked out again, and the front desk associate said they needed a security person to assist. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes, tired and frustrated. To make things worse, the staff’s attitude lacked empathy. When I explained the issues, the response I got was dismissive — something like, “Whatever, we’ll send someone soon.” For a hospitality business, that’s simply unacceptable. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff better, because right now, this property falls far short of basic hospitality standards.Show More

Naturally, I was tempted to ...I visited Disney last Christmas (December 21st–26th) and stayed at Signia by Hilton. As a Hilton loyalist and Diamond member, I debated between Waldorf Astoria and Signia. Naturally, I was tempted to choose the more luxurious Waldorf — but once I saw Signia’s pool, I knew I couldn’t skip it. Signia is also one of Hilton’s premium properties, so the facilities were excellent. I was lucky enough to receive a room upgrade to a pool-view room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. There was small issue with air conditional machine, they switch another room very quickly. Let’s be honest — everyone staying here is almost certainly visiting Disney. During my stay, I discovered one major reason why Signia is the smarter choice: the Disney shuttle bus. The shuttle stops at Signia first, and only afterward continues to Waldorf. If the shuttle fills up at Signia, Waldorf guests are forced to wait for the next bus or take an Uber. Keep this in mind when deciding — if convenience to Disney matters, Signia really has the advantage.Show More
