A very nice place to stay for a great rate. Free coffee and lemon water all day. Comfortable room /bed. (There are private bathroom rooms avaliable also.) There are kitchens with dining areas on a couple levels /floors. Staff has cookware and dishes available for guest use if you ask for them. Walking distance to shops for groceries, etc. Restaurants and coffee shops very close (walking distance). Staff are very respectful, helpful, and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Show More

I did a solo trip as a female last week and booked the twin room with shared hallway washroom. Room was very clean and I only found the shared hallway shower occupied once during my 3 nights stay. Room was very clean and I only found the shared hallway shower occupied once during my 3 nights stay. But I was able to go down one floor and found another unoccupied shared shower to use. So it was really not a huge issue. The hotel is very conveniently located and just 10 mins walk from the sky-train metro station - which I'd taken from the airport to get to downtown. Much better than doing taxi or uber. Also found a lovely coffeeshop just around the corner for breakfast, which was very convenient. Great stay!Show More

I booked this hotel for the parking and location, as I'm sure many people do. I traveled from out of the country to find that there was no available parking at the hotel and/or any of the lots nearby....I booked this hotel for the parking and location, as I'm sure many people do. I traveled from out of the country to find that there was no available parking at the hotel and/or any of the lots nearby. Incredibly false advertising for people who aren't familiar with the area. After 2 hours of searching for parking in this unfamiliar area, I missed out on my planned engagements because of this reason. I spent a lot of unnecessary/wasted money because of this blatant false advertising. Show More

Bare bones hotel, for a good cause. Room was small but clean. Was USD $270, for a double bed and private bathroom, which seemed to be $100 less a night then neighboring hotels.
