The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a calm, relaxing atmosphere despite being right in the city centre. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was well prepared. What stood out the most, however, was the excellent service. I would especially like to compliment Quang, one of the staff members. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Quang was always ready to help, whether it was with recommendations, assistance at the front desk, or simply checking in to make sure everything was alright. His warm attitude and genuine hospitality reminded me of the great service culture we value back home in Singapore. Thanks to Quang and the team, my stay felt smooth and enjoyable. I will definitely return to Aurora Premium on my next trip to Hanoi and will recommend it to my friends and colleagues. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!Show More

Jennie provided great service and was very helpful with all our questions, and especially attentive to our young children, even offering them honey water because they hv a little cough. We will definitely return! The room is clean and the shower is strong! These’re important to me. We traveled with young children (ages 3–5), and the hotel’s location made it easy to book Grab rides. A quick note: the downtown streets are quite narrow and busy with motorbikes, so it’s not always easy for kids to walk freely during the day. However, during the night market, the roads are closed to traffic—so in the evening, the kids could run and walk around safely! And they even arranged a surprise to us as one of us was having birthday during the trip! What a memorable trip xx Thanks to Aurora premium team and Jennie!Show More

Before arriving, we were worried about language barriers and finding good food, but the hotel staff made everthing easy and comfortable. Special thanks to Jaden, who was very friendly, apprachable and helpful. He recommended several nearby restaurants, all whithin a 5 minutes walk, and every place served clean and delicious food. The hotel's location is excellent. It is right beside the night market which made shopping and exploring local handicrafts very convenient. The water puppet theatre is also less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooftop bar was anothet highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere with a great night view.Show More

Both the hotel and room were clean and modern. The room included a very nice washroom, shower, and clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was very good and being on the 11th floor, provided a nice view of the city. The hotel held our luggage post-checkout despite a late flight, also allowing for us to use the spa facility’s shower and sauna free-of-charge to freshen up before our flight home. In summary, the hotel was of high standard, the staff accommodating and helpful, and considering the cost and location, of great value. Would stay again.Show More
