The rooms were very spacious with luxurious ...I stayed at Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi with my parents — our first family trip together in quite a while due to COVID — and the hotel left a strong impression. The rooms were very spacious with luxurious bathrooms, and the overall service was excellent. From the porter at the entrance to the front desk team, staff were consistently kind and professional. One highlight was being surprised with a fruit and macaron platter in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The décor truly lives up to the “golden” theme — lavish and eye-catching throughout the property. While the pool and gym were showing their age and could use better upkeep, the rooftop pool had excellent views over Hanoi. The hotel was bustling at times with weddings and conferences, but once upstairs, the rooms were quiet and relaxing. I even had a friendly chat with one of the cleaners in Chinese, which added a nice personal memory to the stay. For a short getaway, Dolce offered excellent value, especially with its spacious rooms and warm hospitality. If you want a more local feel, this is the place. I’d definitely recommend it, though, for future visits, I might consider hotels closer to Hanoi’s main town.Show More

The new room was quiet with an excellent view. It was big and comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat with everything I wanted and more! The hotel staff were helpful and courteous. Reception staffs are great, they are very friendly and even helped us with some suggestions for buying things to our f&f. But rest of the staffs are not friendly, we get kind of felt a "don't care" attitude from them. The floor and the room smells bad, I got vomiting sensation. Found some used cover from the drawer, probably room wasn't checked and cleaned properly even though the check in time was 3 PM which gives them at least 3 hours to make it up for the next customer, whereas most hotels I visited have check in time as 2PM, and they did pretty well.Show More
