We stayed in the Premier Deluxe Twin Room. It was perfect - clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was great. We are vegan but still found enough variety to satisfy us and the restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive to all guests. Unfortunately we didn't get to try out the rooftop bar as it rained during our stay and the bar sitting area is exposed to the weather.Show More

F...Our stay at the Rex Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam was absolutely wonderful, and a huge part of that was thanks to Hien, the receptionist. She is super professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment we arrived, she took so much time to make sure we were completely comfortable and had everything we needed. When we unfortunately became sick during our stay, Hien went above and beyond – she personally took us to the local pharmacy and spoke Vietnamese on our behalf to make sure we got the right medication. Her kindness and care truly made a difficult situation so much easier. She also gave us amazing local recommendations, showing us safe and delicious places to eat and all the best shopping areas around Hanoi. Thanks to her, we got to experience the city like locals while feeling completely at ease. I would highly recommend the Rex Hotel to all my friends and family, and I can’t say enough about Hien’s exceptional service. She is a massive asset to the company, and I’ll be forever grateful for her help and hospitality during our stay.Show More

They went above and beyond by assisting with luggage issues from the airport, recommending great shops, and sharing useful information about local places to visit. The food and drinks were lovely, and the breakfast buffet was generous with plenty of options to choose from. It was such a calm and relaxing holiday overall. A special thank you to Richard for being so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay — he was always smiling and quick to assist, especially with our luggage. The hotel’s location is fantastic, surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops, perfect for an evening stroll. The rooms were a good size, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a convenient, relaxing, and truly enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!Show More
