From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful junior suite with a balcony and a view over the park — such a wonderful surprise, and it really made our stay feel special.
A huge thank you to Henry, who arranged the upgrade and took the time to share his personal recommendations on restaurants, hidden spots, and the best things to see while we were here. His guidance made a real difference to our trip.
The massage at the spa was excellent — relaxing, skilled, and exactly what we needed after a long day exploring.
The waiting staff throughout the hotel were consistently professional, warm, and friendly, and a special mention goes to Hieu, whose expertise and food recommendations were absolutely spot on. The food itself was lovely, beautifully presented and full of flavour.
Our room was always immaculately tidy, without ever feeling intrusive, and the attention to detail from housekeeping was appreciated every day.
Whether it was the team on the rooftop bar, the front-door staff, or the reception team, every single member of staff made us feel welcome and valued. It’s rare to find a hotel where everyone is consistently fantastic — but La Sinfonia manages it.
Overall, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in anywhere, and we would absolutely stay here again.
