The staff recognize us instantly, greet us with bright smiles, and remember even the smallest details of our previous stays, creating a feeling of home in the heart of Hanoi.
But above all, there is one person who made our stays unforgettable: Harrison.
In all three visits, Harrison was the first to welcome us, always with kindness, professionalism, and a level of care that is simply extraordinary. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed — from helping with our luggage, to recommending places, to checking in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. His dedication, patience, and warm personality transformed our experience from “great” to remarkable. You can see he truly loves his job and genuinely cares about the guests.
