On arrival the hotel is located just on the corner of the start of old town and in prime position on the sandy...Our first ever trip to Benidorm for 3 nights, and it was made by the hotel and location. On arrival the hotel is located just on the corner of the start of old town and in prime position on the sandy beach with amazing sea views. Check in was straight forward as we arrived early and our rooms were not ready but we were early enough to grab breakfast and put our luggage in the luggage room. The hotel is lovely clean and tidy, and the bar and breakfast area very nice place to be. With a great choice of cooked foods hot and cold you won’t go hungry to start the day off right. Our room was 429 and it’s very welcoming and has great facilities with shampoo & Showers gel, even tooth brush & Toothpaste along with disposable razor and cream if you forget yours. The shower is a good size walk in and great pressure. The towels are also very large and you can even get pool or beach towels from reception ( deposit required ) Only criticism of this room was is was on the same side as a local school so you hear the children from around 8am. Choose a sea view room if you want to avoid this noise. Overall we loved this hotel and the only downside was my Beats EarPods were taken from my room!! It was only when I was on the way to the airport that I realised I didn’t pack them, and I don’t know when they were taken but I always double check every space and cupboard upon leaving. I rang the hotel when I arrived home in the uk and followed up with an email. They were very helpful and did respond the next morning to say that housekeeping did not come across my earbuds. It is unfortunate and I can’t say exactly when or who may have took them, and it would be very speculative to point the finger at the housekeepers I know. The guest relations manager expressed his understanding and did say if they turn up they will be in contact, but I guess £200+ ear pods will not just turn up. All in all lesson learned yes the safe provided in the room. We did love this hotel apart from the earbuds going missing and will return again already booked for March 2026.Show More

We love coming here in early November to enjoy the sunshine, local festivals, and Tapas Alley. Check-in: Smooth and efficient. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, offering help with our luggage and making us feel right at home from the start. Room: We stayed in one of the accessible rooms, which was excellent. Spacious bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, a very comfortable bed, and crisp, fresh sheets. The large wet room was superb — thoughtfully designed with grab rails, shelves, and plenty of space to move around easily. Bar: Lovely bar area with great views and a good range of drinks — from draught beers to wines by the glass or bottle. Breakfast: Fantastic selection! The buffet was well-stocked, with plenty of hot options. The coffee and pastries were delicious, and being able to enjoy a glass of Cava with breakfast was a lovely touch. Accessibility: Excellent throughout — easy access to the bar, dining areas, and public spaces. There’s also an accessible WC on the ground floor, so no need to return to your room. B Heaven Rooftop Bar: Opens at 10 a.m. and does get busy, but it’s absolutely worth waiting by the lift to grab a lounger. The views are stunning, the drinks service is great, and there’s daily music entertainment that adds to the relaxed vibe. Would we come back? Absolutely — in a heartbeat! The location and rooftop terrace make this hotel a standout choice in Benidorm.Show More

The beach front location is excellent for both the Old Town and New Town. Hotel staff were friendly, check in process was straight forward and there was luggage storage available. The room was clean, with a side sea view. Considering the location of the hotel being on the main front, the noise was minimal. Breakfast had a wide variety of choice, both hot and cold food available including fresh pastries. A wide selection of juices, smoothies, tea/coffee and Cava. I am unable to comment on the evening meals as we only stayed B&B. There is a pleasant terrace area for drinks on an evening, there was live music on one of the evenings during our stay. The roof top bar offered excellent views right across the bay, with a comfortable seating area available. However, the pool was small and located mostly in the shade. The hotel has a gym on the lower ground floor, which was well air conditioned and a good selection of equipment available. The main thing to note with this hotel is that coaches are not permitted to drop off outside the front, therefore you are dropped off as close as possible, a few minutes walk. Taxi's however, are able to access the promenade for drop off. I would recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again.Show More

This was a wond...Excellent winter stay booked only the day before, for four nights with my partner. We got a very good deal on a side sea view room, which was upgraded to a full sea view upon check in. This was a wonderful suprise and felt very privilaged. The rooms are quite small but charming, with all the usual barcelo facilities and layout. The staff were generally friendly. We booked half board due to previous experiences in this chain of having very high quality, fresh food and were certainly not disappointed. I let them know of dietary requirements (vegan) and a bespoke meal was cooked for me most evenings, although occasionally with some initial confusion this was resolved aftrr chatting with the chef. Breakfast was delicious and varied. We were unsure how full the hotel actually was, as despite being off season the public areas were reasonably crowded especially during peak breakfast time and between 11-2 on the roof terrace/pool. We did not struggle to get a sun lounger, but in high season it would be very tight. The hotel is soundproofed from the outside (ie cant hear beach noise even on first floor) but we could hear some noise from other rooms- couples shouting, TVs, etc. As always in a town, bring emergency ear plugs!Show More
