We were on floor 7 and had a view of peoples laundry but also the sea and Benidorm island. The rooms are large and the balconies are roomy. The downside are no hot drink facilities in the rooms. The memory foam matress are too hard for me, I use a memory foam at home so are used to them. It felt like a plank. If you like a firm matress you will be fine. The food is hit and miss, breakfast is good you can get all your usual breakfast items. Eggs and omelettes cooked to order. The evening meal not so good. I felt the food was not always of good quality. Lacked taste. The position of this hotel is great for both the new and old Benidorm. The pool area is nice but half is in the shade all day. The pool is freezing. The hotel would be fabulous but for the evening meals and hard beds. It really is a beautiful hotel well run but for me let down by these two issues.Show More

The breakfast had plenty on offer and the food was good. It is an excellent location for the old town and had everything on your doorstep. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples.
