The hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of the space needle and pike st market. The staff is the best I have ever encountered in a hotel, they go the extra mile to be sure your stay is great. They checked out bags until our room was ready so we could do a little exploring until our room was ready. Provided us with directions and tips to where we were going and made suggestions as well. On our last day they kept our luggage as our train was leaving in the late afternoon ( at no charge). They suggested taking the bus from the hotel to the train station and we got on right across the street from the hotel. It took was within one block of the station and all for $1, $0.50 senior rate on bus. That was $14. less than the taxi ride to the hotel and the bus driver was incredibly nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel, the room is a little small, but updated and very clean. There's a small place next door for breakfast, mostly takeout, reasonable and very good. Overall great choice while in Seattle.Show More

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the check-in and stay very smooth. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean. The room service staff did an outstanding job throughout my stay. The room had a TV with plenty of TV channels, along with complimentary snacks and coffee, which was a nice touch. The hotel’s location is excellent within walking distance to many major attractions, yet not in an overly busy area. They even arranged my ride to the airport on the day I checked out, which was very convenient. I also enjoyed spending some time on the rooftop, where you can relax with food and take in the lovely view. For the quality and service, the price is very reasonable. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Seattle.Show More

The rooms weren’t nice, there was a weird smell, and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms — even the radiator made a lot of noise. There were no snacks in the fridge, just tea bags, a coffee machine that takes forever to heat up, and a small bag of Cheez-Its.Show More
