We felt very safe walking even after dark. The amenities are first class. The complimentary hot breakfast buffet included made to order omelettes, fresh fruits, yogurt and pastries. Our room was perfect, literally. In room coffee machine, fridge, microwave and a safe for valuables. We did not use the safe. Plenty of large and fresh smelling towels with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the huge shower. The friendly staff expressed a genuine desire to make our stay a most enjoyable experience. A sincere appreciation and shout out to Benjamin, front desk manager for accommodating a late check out as my wife has Stage 4 cancer and needed extra time to rest. As a business traveler for over 40 years I've had the opportunity to stay at every major hotel chain across the country as a rewards member. Embassy Suites/Hilton have never disappointed me and that in itself is quite remarkable. This specific location rates right at the top. Arvilla and Meghan were amazing through the pre-planning process. They were both so responsive and attentive. Despite a few issues related to timeliness, the day-of event team always recovered quickly and more than made up for it by their friendliness, responsiveness, and work ethic. K rose to every occasion and was attentive to the A/V needs. Alex was awesome and ever-present and made it feel like we were part of a team and I was so grateful for that. While everyone at Embassy made the entire experience great, the warmth, kindness and genuine attentiveness shown by Rita in F&B was worth its weight in gold. She is truly a gem! Overall, this is a lovely group of humans to work with for an event - and in such a lovely, bright space too! Huge thanks to all of them for making it as successful as it was.Show More

Pros: Has attached hotel parking garage. One minute walk to Lumen Field entrance. Polite and helpful staff. Very clean rooms, halls, and elevators. On site restaurant (although we did not eat there). Coffee in room was nice. Suite was spacious! Could not hear anyone out in the halls or doors shutting. Cons: The bed was hard as a rock. The street noise was extremely disruptive. You can hear the trains all night, emergency vehicles, sirens, and those out late street racing - all because the window in our room is broken and cannot shut. Oof. We would stay here again if we can make sure our windows work properly and we bring ear plugs.Show More

So he started to check all the connections, etc., etc. Asked me where I was from was I on business pleasure, etc. so we struck up a conversation. Told him I was here on pleasure and just going to tour the city. He gave me some pointers on places I should see also asked me if I liked the local news and I said yes so when he got the TV going, he said it to the local channel which is great. Had a fabulous personality very pleasant. It was just nice to have somebody to chat with after a long trip out. Definitely a good ambassador for the hotel they should recognize his abilities with people.Show More
