There is nothing Grand about this Grand Hyatt . They have no restaurant they don’t offer breakfast any enquiries for food and you’re told to try Ruth Steakhouse for breakfast or lunch . They have no restaurant they don’t offer breakfast any enquiries for food and you’re told to try Ruth Steakhouse for breakfast or lunch . Alternative is a bar with a disgruntled bar tender with very limited food or Room service that charges 20% service plus taxes plus $5 delivery to room plus taxes . Ordered sandwich and it tasted as if it was stored for a week. Terrible. At check in was offered a glass of bubbly complementary as I don’t drink alcohol asked for bottle of water instead only to be told none was available at check in. A huge put off is the $68 for parking ,crazy specially when you have a massive car park across st for overnight $32 . There are many alternative Hyatts within walking distance and my choice will be alternative next time . Hyatt brand labelling this property Grand falls short and must be challenged by ‘Trade description act’ Hotel was clean as was our room , employees friendly .Show More

I stayed in Room 2715, a corner suite on the 27th floor, which is conveniently located right next to the Club Room. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and offered enough space for three. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and offered enough space for three. Three large window areas showed off the great views of the city. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. It really benefited from being a Globalist during this stay. The room upgrade, the valet service and access to the Club Room made the stay more enjoyable. The Club offered complimentary breakfast with plenty of drinks and snacks throughout the day. During the stay, there wasn’t any food served outside of breakfast, so the hotel gave me a $30 credit to use at the bar downstairs, which was a nice touch. The location is walkable to restaurants, cafe, shopping and is about seven blocks from Pike Place Market. Overall, a very solid stay. I’d definitely return on my next trip to Seattle.Show More

It is close to either of the 2 Seattle convention center buildings, w...If you are going to a multiple day convention in Seattle, this is one of the best choices yo can make to stay at the Grand Hyatt. It is close to either of the 2 Seattle convention center buildings, with only a short walk, depending on which exit you take. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and the views of the City Skyline and water are always great. Rooms are quiet, but often yo can still hear doors slam and sometimes the elevators. Staff are helpful, welcoming, and if you need anything ask they will do what they can to accommadate you. Normal rates are quite pricing here, so if you can get convention pricing to save a little it is worth it. Parking is great, but we always use the valet service to save time, parking and valet fees will be added to hotel bill, instead of separate charges. Overall this is my Go To Hotel when in town for events/conventions.Show More

Rooms are very spacious, have an empty mini fridge, and I appreciated the decent hairdryer and portable makeup mirror. While the bathrooms are bright, the bedroom is very dark and each light has its own separate switch - no single switch to turn them all on/off. The wifi is a touch slow if you’re trying to download files. Sheets could be softer and towels were fraying Fitness center is decent with lots of free weights, weight machines, and cardio gear.
