Cet employé a voulu nous faire payer une seconde fois notre séjour alors que tout avez déjà été réglé via la plateforme Booking 10 jours avant. Nous avions apporté toutes les preuves mais il n'a rien voulu savoir et surtout n'a pas cherché à se renseigner plus que cela. Nous avons du faire intervenir le manager qui a réglé la situation en 10mns.Show More

But when I arrived at 10pm, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. I will be transferred to another hotel far away from the downtown. This will impact my meeting schedule tomorrow. Luckily, there is front desk staff, whose name is Bryan. He tried his best and eventually find a room for me. So oveall, thumb down for Resident Inn who cancel my reservation without any notification. Thumb up for Bryan who can raise the bar for customer obsession and try to help the customer out from the difficult situation.Show More
