I liked leaving, wi didn't feel very safe. It looks nice om the outside but it's no better than some Bordentown shanty, there wetr fraudulent charges on my cc and my room was filtered every time I left

4/10 Misleading Price- Beware of Hidden Fees
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed by their dishonest pricing practices. When I booked my stay, the advertised price seemed reasonable, but I was shocked to discover that upon arrival, I was hit with a slew of mandatory fees that nearly doubled the total cost of my stay!
It’s one thing to have a small convenience fee or a resort fee, but almost 100% of what I initially paid is just outrageous. I can understand a fee of 20-30%, but this felt like a complete bait-and-switch. It left a sour taste in my mouth and made me feel deceived.
On the plus side, the hotel itself was decent, and the location was great, but I can't overlook how misleading their pricing structure is. It’s frustrating to feel like you’ve been taken advantage of, especially when you’re just trying to enjoy a getaway. I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to deal with these frustrating hidden costs. Save yourself the headache!

2/10 Be very careful
I would advise you to look at other options. I booked it on Airbnb, for a 5-day trip. Nowhere on the listing, receipt, or processing did it mention any additional fees. I get there to check in and they tell me they charge some form of admin. fee for third-party bookings, mine was about $300. I was obviously surprised and upset, I asked for the manager, she held firm and said it’s because of the third-party booking. I asked if I just cancel on Airbnb and book there while present if I could avoid the fee, she said no we have your name and will charge you the fee irrespective. I couldn’t believe it. I cancelled everything through Airbnb, they gave me a full refund, I went to a coffee shop and booked elsewhere.

2/10 SCAM !!!!!! DO NOT STSAY HERE !!!
I did an online reservation with GoSplitty.com to stay at this Hotel on Oct. 31, 24 thru Nov. 02, 24. The third party website did not disclose or warn customers of any extra fees as this hotel's GUEST BENEFIT PACKAGE or RESERVATION PROCESSING RECOVERY. Not only did I get charged extra for $158.31 on Nov 02, 2024 but also I was charged again $75, $73,31 and $10 on Dec 3, 2024.
DOUBLE CHARGES ON. MY CARD PLUS HIDDEN CHARGES DURING CHECK-IN.

10/10 Great hotel and would stay again
This hotel is extremely nice and great for the price. I had to switch to this location because the river north location was sold out, and I was not disappointed. Clean and big room. We had the suite room with the living area. The gym is huge. The coffee bar in the morning had many options. I truly have no idea how they have the rating that they do, that’s why I’m writing this review to try and change that. Highly recommend.

2/10 Never coming back
Terrible front desk experience. We were first booked into the wrong room and then the lady refunded us and made the same mistake again. It took 30 minutes just to get past the front desk. Not to mention the hidden fees. Overall an unbelievably terrible experience.

It was quiet safe comfortable cozy and warm beds and blankets and Sheets and Pillow very clean and comfortable the heat worked I did see a baby roach but it got away quick in a scurry the Bathroom Tub and Shower amenities were absolutely amazing and Great and Incredible

Getting greeted by the most amazing front desk man. Matthew, was phenomenal. He told us about events that were happening during our stay. Gave us recommendations, and even offered us hot cocoa while we watched the parade. We even had the best view from our hotel room. We asked for a high floor with a view (so the kids could have a good first experience in a big city) and they were very friendly and accommodating!

We loved the size of the room and the staff went above and beyond with our puppy. It was our first trip with our dog and they were excellent with letting us know where to walk him and greeted us especially our dog every time we were in and out.
