The room was very comfortable and the view was amazing. The location of the hotel was very conveniently located downtown and very close to all restaurants and shopping. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Everyone had a smile and were eager to help with any request.

Beautiful hotel and an amazing staff. Every staff member always greeted my family and I with a smile and said hello. Super friendly and very professional. And everyone asked how our stay has been and if we needed anything. Perfect location for all main attractions, all within walking distance. We stayed in the Vista room which had the river view, it was perfect. And premier view for the river dying if you plan for St Patty’s day.
Special shout out to Allen Rice at LondonHouse. He greeted us when we first arrived and had a contagious smile and laugh. We arrived early before check in time and he assisted in holding our bags. Treated us like family and made sure we enjoyed our stay. He remembered our names and always said hello every time he saw us. He always made my son smile and laugh. By the end of our trip it was like saying goodbye to a friend. We will always remember this trip and hotel because of Allen. Such a wonderful human being.

10/10 BEST HOTEL IN CHICAGO!
If you are thinking of staying here, DO IT! The views of the Chicago River are some of the best around. We upgraded to a river facing room which was stunning to wake up to everyday! The convenient location, stylish decor, and upstairs rooftop followed by great dining at Ocean Prime- this hotel has it all. Upon entry we met the greatest staff downstairs, Mark Z greeted us and we saw each other daily and ended the trip with hugs! We also loved meeting Fecret and Alan! Honestly can’t say enough great things about the crew. You feel SO welcome at home. I’ll only stay here moving forward for everything coming to Chicago! Thanks for having us!

4/10 No hot water while showering!
We came to stay here for the first time and the hotel is overall nice but we didn’t have any hot water when we showered, we told them and they said “oh there must have been multiple people showering at the same time”
Our room was super small and not the room we had originally booked. We are Diamond members and stay at a lot of Hilton properties, this one is not the best. The location is great but not impressed with our overall experience.

Great location. Ideal for first time visitor to Chicago. Easy walk to magnificent mile, art institute and riverwalk. The hotel makes an immediate impact- lovely old building, spotless, stylish and much better than usual Hilton corporate averageness. Room outstanding- spacious, attractive, great views of Chicago River. Good choice of bars, casual and more formal dining. Staff attentive and pleasant always.

10/10 First class accommodations and staff
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the London House with our over St. Patrick’s Day weekend. The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious with beautiful finishes and gorgeous view of the Chicago River. From the moment we were greeted by Mark Z., the very kind and accommodating bellman, we felt right at home. He helped us navigate a tricky travel schedule. Prioritize a stay here.

Location- walkable to many things. The view was the best! Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was huge. We ate at the bar/lounge in the lobby. Loved the Valentine’s Day high tea. Had cocktails on the 21st floor. Ordered room service.

Lovely boutique hotel on the river. The service is friendly and outstanding. From check in through my stay they have been very attentive. Plus it has a great rooftop bar. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The linens are luxury and the bed comfortable.

The location. We were within walking distance from everywhere: attractions, shops, and restaurants. The view towards the city/ riverfront was incredibly beautiful, especially at night.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, impressive inside and out (location-wise) stylish, modern, known for its famous rooftop bar etc. We also had an incredible view from our 10th floor room (front-facing the Michigan Avenue bridge) so the night skyline was just fabulous, very instagramable (the hotel is in general anyway) but I'll always remember the incredible view from my room window.

10/10 Great experience at the London house
The hotel is amazing super clean rooms . And the location is perfect. There are a lot of places within walking distance if you like to walk between 20 to 30 minutes..But also there are other 5 to 15 minutes. The staff is incredibly kind and if you have extra tours before going back home. They hold your bags at the hotel for free and I find that very convenient.
The rooftop view is amazing so you can't miss it.
I would definitely recomend.

LH is located in a beautiful, historic building within walking distance of the Art Institute, Mag Mile and other attractions. We had a great view of the river and city from our room. The hotel is newly renovated with attention paid to every detail. The room and all of the public areas are nicely decorated and spotless. We enjoyed the great view from the roof top bar.

Fantastic location; helpful, friendly staff; comfortable and well appointed amenities. The team was very accommodating and responsive to every need. The text concierge feature was an added bonus. Great location to walk or hop on transit to all of the sites. We loved our stay and would happily return.

The location was amazing. There's lots of great restaurants nearby, walking distance for most POIs, amazing views. We were there before Christmas so the decorations were a big plus. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet despite the hotels central location. Amazing hotel overall.
