Housekeeping, Laundry & Maintenance - The entire team does an excellent job to keep the hotel professionally clean, and well maintained.... both inside and outside. Breakfast is hot, ready and delicious every morning. 2. Excellent Location! One of the best locations you could choose. Safe location... very important; Only 1/4 mile from the Charlotte I-485 Beltway. Hungry? At least 50+ restaurants within 1 mile. 100+ within 1 - 4 miles. 3. Shopping? Coming from someone who’s traveled all over the country first class and luxury hotels all over. I have never laughed that hard in my life. Little did he know I was having the worst day of my life. Made my trip to Charlotte start off amazing and it made the rest of my trip amazing as well. Rooms extremely clean and maintenance is doing a good job. Just update the furniture I noticed tears on the couches. Still 5 starts highly recommended. Thanks to the staff and keep it up!Show More
