From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, but a special shoutout goes to Aniyah H., who went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend truly unforgettable. She surprised me with thoughtful touches that made the celebration feel so personal and special — she is a gem! The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, with a chic, relaxing atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better — we were able to park once and walk everywhere we wanted to go. The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city and was the perfect spot to unwind in the evening. Everything about our stay was seamless, from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Charlotte. Highly recommend the Kimpton Tryon Park for anyone looking for a luxurious yet welcoming getaway!Show More

Andre rudeness was not called for especially while I was just p...I'm highly pissed by this experience even though I wasnt a guest this time but dropping an Instacart order for an customer in the hotel. Andre rudeness was not called for especially while I was just patiently waiting. Valet was pleasant as usual and usually the Front desk staff is as well. For some reason that wasn't the case at all If management will look at the tape on Nov 6, 2025 around.9:30pm-10pm. I don't appreciate the body language and tone.from Andre. And for someone that has 7 years experience in Hotel Management experience. He certainly doesn't need to first contact with guest if he is going to pick and choose who he is going to treat respectfully. I will certainly report Andre and my experience to corporate as well.Show More
