I truly felt like a VIP right away. The valet graciously grabbed our bags & held the door for us even though we didn’t valet a car, which set the tone for the entire stay. Both front desk agents were friendly, knowledgeable & made check-in seamless. Not to mention they upgraded me & thanked me for being a Titanium Elite. The gentleman at the counter at Dean’s was so kind. He gave great recommendations & was incredibly attentive to allergies, which meant a lot. Our room was spotless, the the food was excellent & every interaction simply made this stay feel like home. 1000/10, I highly recommend.Show More

From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly patient and kind as I asked questions about the hotel amenities and for recommendations around the area. She took her time, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable navigating both the hotel and the city. That level of care and attentiveness really stood out to me. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it was the genuine hospitality from Kisha that made my stay feel special. I would absolutely recommend the JW Marriott Charlotte and look forward to returning.Show More

I did not get to the hotel until 1:15 in the morning, and I was tired. But - Hayes was behind the desk and greeted me warmly and proceeded to efficiently check me in. I asked for a quiet room away from the elevators - no problem. He assigned a room with a nice view and though it is a bit chilly in Charlotte today it is a beautiful sunny day and was great to wake up to a nice view of downtown. Hayes set the tone for the visit - and getting off to a good start after a travel day really makes a difference!Show More

Ubers had no problem finding me when I had to go further (this has been a problem for me in other hotels). The service was outstanding from the moment you get out of the car. The quality of room service food was inconsistent. The Margherita pizza was soggy, but the Burrata salad was exquisite. This is not too much of a problem if you can eat during normal hours because of the various restaurants in the vecinity.Show More
