There was only one staff member working the desk and had to wait over 45 minutes to check in. Room was in need of refurbishing. Carpet worn and dated, paint chipping, bathroom with mold. Despite being in high floor, the road noise was the loader i have experienced in a hotel. (I travel to NYC two to three times a year). It sounded like a nascar race, many many loud motorcycles or something at all hours. There was a constant noise from the elevator in our room as well, quite loud. Definitely stay elsewhere this is one of the worst Hyatt properties I have been to. And valet parking is $55 per night.Show More

He told us that we can make a reservation online, but he is so dumb that he didn’t give me any details, after trying to make a reservation on line for like an hour, he reminds to tell us we need a physical card, he is the dumbest person I ever met, and the security guard is all muscle no brain we tried talking to them and pay them cash and cash deposit, they were aggressive for nothing and he didn’t even want to give us his name. Valet is the only parking option ($55/nt) which is in the garage onsite. Upon review of tracking on our vehicle, we saw the vehicle was driven several blocks and left IDLING 213 minutes. Hyatt House passed the buck on to PMC (Parking Management Company) who lied saying the car was logged parked at 10:26 pm despite blocking the entrance to the garage at 7:04 pm where we dropped it off. Then to top it off, they attempted to charged my CC for two nights when we only stayed one.Show More
