The employees!! So kind. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful upon check in. We were running late for a concert due to car troubles and he expedited as quickly as he could. We were running late for a concert due to car troubles and he expedited as quickly as he could. The next morning for check out, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with my request for a late check out. He also assisted me with rental car information and numbers as my car's transmission blew out on I-77 and we were pretty much stranded. I had to get home 3-1/2 hours later to attend an event for my daughter. HS Homecoming and she's in the marching band. I'm so sorry I don't remember their names. Those guys were the bomb! The woman working breakfast was also so friendly! Room was really comfy and clean. The location was great. Breakfast was better than I expected, chicken sausage was decent 😉Show More

Checking in was smooth and easy. Once we arrived to our room we saw a dying roach (not a water bug) on the floor next to the bed. I went down to check-in and let the gentleman know what I found and he...Checking in was smooth and easy. Once we arrived to our room we saw a dying roach (not a water bug) on the floor next to the bed. I went down to check-in and let the gentleman know what I found and he told me that they were fully booked and could not give me another room so he said he would not charge me for parking during my stay. I agreed and went back to the room but when we were removing the sheets and the comforter from the bed we found a dead bug between the sheets and comforter. I went back down to check-in and told the gentleman about the bug we found in between the sheets and comforter and how we were not comfortable staying in that room. He was able to find us another room but that room was very dirty. The sheets and comforter had stains, the pillow cases were dirty, the countertop sink in the bathroom was dirty, and the carpet was stained and dirty. We had to run to target to get sheets, pillow cases, a comforter, towels (we did not trust that the towels were clean), Lysol, raid and Clorox wipes. I would not recommend staying here it was awful. The location is great but the hotel was not worth the price. I had to pay for my hotel stay AND cleaning supplies plus sheets etc. to feel comfortable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you’re planning a trip to charlotte. Show More

We arrived earlier than we should have on game day and I just spaced that check-in was much later than the game and she really came through. She made this experience totally worth it for my wife and I. If it wasn’t for her hospitality, kindness and understanding our day would’ve gone the other way.
