Positives: price the location is convenient for airport access, and the shuttle service is helpful. However, the atmosphere and maintenance were lacking. The fire alarm was sounding, and staff didn’t know how to handle it. Fire safety doors were left wide open, which is a serious concern. The room was poorly maintained—broken shower and AC, mold, mildew, hair, and a sticky remote. Carpets were dirty, and elevator buttons were broken. The café was closed in the evening due to staffing issues, with very limited food options available. When I reported the issues, I was offered a room switch, but the new room hadn’t been cleaned yet, even at 5 PM. Multiple rooms had doors left ajar and appeared vacant. Overall, poor cleanliness and customer service made this experience far below my expectationsShow More
