I feel like I was duped which is never a good feeling for $400 / night. A suite, with too much furniture to pull out the couch bed, no utensils. Small and cramped would be an apt description of...I feel like I was duped which is never a good feeling for $400 / night. A suite, with too much furniture to pull out the couch bed, no utensils. Small and cramped would be an apt description of the suite rooms at this location. The door at the back didn't lock properly. The back door had access to all the other rooms back door joint patio and pool. The pool always seemed to be being cleaned whenever it was a good time for it to be in use. The room safe was locked when we needed to use it, and the front desk, couldnt help us unlock it right away and asked me to wait until he was ready to help us. Felt kind of like I was staying at a motel, but paying prices for a 2 bedroom penthouse. The patio railings wood is rotting, and i think this is a hazard as it might fall down 1 story if its not upgraded soon. The breakfast and service at the lakes restaurant was excellent, but aside from this, I think the hotel itself, needs an upgrade in clealiness, service, locks, pool, general cleanliness. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. Show More
