Super convenient either way. The atmosphere of the hotel has a relaxed, modern vibe. It feels welcoming the moment you walk in — not over the top, just comfortable and friendly, which is exactly what you want after a long park day. The rooms are clean and well kept. Nothing fancy, but definitely comfortable, with everything you need to settle in and recharge. For what you’re paying, the value is excellent, especially this close to the parks. Speaking of which, cleanliness throughout the hotel was solid. From the lobby to the hallways to the room itself, everything looked well taken care of. Noise level was surprisingly good for Anaheim. You’re close to the action, but the hotel is quiet enough that you can actually rest — no wild hallway noise or thin-wall chaos. The service deserves a shout-out. The staff was helpful, upbeat, and on top of things. One of the nicest perks? If you arrive before noon, they’ll handle your bag check right there at the hotel. That means you basically get to bypass the crowded morning bag check at Harbor. And that line can get absolutely bananas — skipping it is a huge win. As for amenities, the hotel offers everything you need for a park-focused trip: onsite dining, a pool, and that super useful early bag-check perk. All in all, Hotel Lulu is a great mix of comfort, convenience, and good service. I’d stay here again without hesitation.Show More

Yes, it’s a bit farther from the parks, but I’ve seen plenty of people walking (I use an ECV). The rooms are good-sized and clean, much cleaner than hotels that are closer and much more expensive. The property is also very clean. My experience is that the staff has always been super friendly and you’re greeted with a drink (contains alcohol) when you arrive. The beds have been comfortable though sometimes it’s noticeable that the mattresses are wearing out a bit. That being said, the mattresses are in much better condition than the hotels that are across the street from the parks on Harbor Boulevard. I’ve never used the exercise facilities, the pool, or the restaurant so I won’t speak to them. The WiFi in my room was good enough for streaming YouTube though I didn’t try anything else. There’s both a small fridge and a microwave in the room. CVS and Walgreens are very close to the hotel and IHOP is next door if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. There’s also a Starbucks really close by if you don’t want to pay the park price or wait in the park line. The housekeeping staff are also excellent and very friendly. I highly recommend tipping them. Yes they’re getting paid to do a job but after I’ve seen how some people leave their rooms, they’re not getting paid enough to clean up that kind of mess. I will definitely book Hotel Lulu for future stays!Show More

The second we opened the door, we were hit with a horrible stench — like a mix of wet animal and old cigarette smoke that clearly had been there forever. The AC fan looked like it had never once been cleaned. It was caked with dust and honestly made me question how this place is even allowed to operate. And the bathroom? Beyond filthy. When my toddler went to use the toilet, there were PUBIC HAIRS on the seat. There was hair in the bathtub, hair stuck to the mirror — it was absolutely revolting. Nothing about that bathroom was even close to clean. For a hotel that tries to call itself “Premier,” this place is a joke. It’s dirty, neglected, and completely unacceptable.
