The room offerings are also great for large groups, families, and our friends.
However, over the years, the hotel has been steadily declining. This is definitely our last year.
When we walked into the room, we had 2 huge HEPA filters sitting in the middle of the floor. Keep in mind that when we checked in, between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM, our room was not ready. Check-in time was supposed to be at 4 PM.
We had a suite in one of the bathrooms, and there were no towels in it.
The next day, when we asked for additional towels, they left them in our room, which was very kind, but they left them on the dirty couch. Also, the towels are threadbare, and some should be retired.
Room service doesn't really exist at this hotel, and the food-ordering process is very inconsistent. After going downstairs and talking to the front desk, I figured out the directions: order it on the app, then come down after 20 minutes to pick up your food.
When I did that, I was greeted by a woman who thought I was in a different room and was telling me to pick up my salad, which was not one of my items. When I explained to her which room I was in, she started arguing with me, saying I didn’t have an order. When I showed her my receipt, which I do in fact have, she’s just kept insisting that she doesn’t have my order and that she can't help me. I then went over to the front desk. They got a manager whom I showed my order to, and he helped me. About 45 minutes later, which took a total of over an hour, I got my food. The minestrone was fine, and so were the chicken tenders. I do not recommend ordering the flatbed pizza as it tastes like cardboard.
We were at this hotel for three days, and each day we tried to use the ice machine, but it didn’t work. We alerted the front desk. They told us there’s nothing wrong with the ice machine, but we couldn’t get any ice out of it. We eventually went down the street to the supermarket and bought ice ourselves.
Honestly, I probably should’ve given up on this hotel a couple of years back when I checked into a similar suite and found dirty underwear on the floor.
The hotel is just ideal for us, but at this point, it’s clear that it’s on such a major decline. It’s not worth the hassle.Show More
