Recently stayed at this hotel. When I went to check in, i had made reservations with booking.com, and was denied check in due to an error with Booking.com. Paula, the receptionist Would not let me...Recently stayed at this hotel. When I went to check in, i had made reservations with booking.com, and was denied check in due to an error with Booking.com. Paula, the receptionist Would not let me check in without first consulting with booking.com. She said all changes had to be done through booking and she couldn’t help me. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager quickly fixed the problem without contacting booking.com I was then placed in a room in the back corner that had a very large air conditioner outside the window that was loud, and the bathroom smelled like sewage. I went back to the front desk, Asked for a new room and again was greeted with attitude. I got another room which ended up being flooded from the air conditioner leaking. Again, went back to the front desk, Got another room, And again the floor was wet from the air conditioner. I gave up and just dealt with the wet floor. On check out I notified them of the leaking air Conditioner and it was implied that i spilled something and would be charged for the damage. It’s got a great location that made me book, it’s near several places to eat and target accross the street, but will be looking else where in the future.Show More

Location is decent. About a 15 min walk from the entrance to Disneyland. The rooms are tidy and decorated nicely, however they are SMALL. The rooms are tidy and decorated nicely, however they are SMALL. The hotel seems to cater to single occupancy conference attendees vs families of 4 who would greatly benefit from larger rooms. The staff was also quite rude and lied when there were inquiries for larger rooms - they have suites but refuse to offer them to families that may need them. While the hotel had full occupancy the day after we arrived, the allocation of rooms for families vs solo or double occupancy rooms was handled terribly during our stay. If staying for a conference, it's great. If staying for a family trip, I would not recommend. Pool was good for kids, the gym is sparse and was packed a couple of the mornings making it hard to use the equipment needed. All in all, I would have preferred to stay somewhere with larger rooms and better amenities closer to the parks.Show More

This is a very clean and nice hotel really close to Disneyland. The staff is fantastic and incredibly helpful. Once I returned home, I noticed I had left my expensive watch in the safe. I called right away and they transferred me to Tony who advised that he would look for it and if he found anything he would call me. About a week passed by and I had lost all hope. Out of nowhere, Tony called me and said we found your watch. It was shipped to me and I couldn't believe how helpful and honest Tony and the whole staff was. If I ever get a chance to go back to Disneyland I will definitely be staying at the Sheraton.Show More
