For context, I’m a (pretty cute iidssm) 34 yo woman who was traveling alone. I felt pretty safe in the parking lot at night, but a little bit more light or even a security guard walking around would make me feel even safer. Anyway! On the room! Quick and clear check in. Room was clean from top to bottom. No mold in the shower or bathroom. Lots of counter space. The iron and ironing board worked. I liked that I could park right in front of my room! Quite handy for when I realized I forgot my chargers at home and needed to recharge my devices in my electric car. Walking distance to the parks (about a 15 minute walk) The bed was quite firm and the pillows were kind of lumpy, but that’s kind of to be expected at this price point! The digital alarm clock they had in the room was buzzing like crazy when I got back from Downtown Disney no matter what setting it was on, so I unplugged it. Problem solved. The coat hangers were pretty rusty and I was careful which one I hung my things on to avoid orange spots on my clothes. I used the phone charger rental kiosk that they had in their lobby and that was easily the best part of the place. For $5, I had a charger in the park with me all day and my friend and I were both able to keep our devices over 50% the whole time. I’ve tried bringing my own in the past and they’ve either not worked or caused my phone to overheat, but that wasn’t the case here. Loved loved that. And so quick and easy to grab on my way to the park that morning!!! I’d stay here again! Probably would bring my own pillow next time.Show More

You could have the option to walk 15-20 minutes to the front gate. Or you could save yourself some time by walking over to the Toy Story Lot shuttles (maybe 8 minute walk), go through security screening before riding the bus, and bypass the main security checkpoint at Disney when you’re dropped off and the main entrance. That turned out to be my favorite feature of our stay. The hotel itself was fantastic. Not a new or flashy hotel by any means, but it was clean and well kept. It had all the amenities you would need. They had a mini mart on site that was convenient… or you could walk down the street to a 24hour CVS. The staff was great, and very helpful with any of our needs. The location is right next to an area that has a great selection of coffee shops and restaurants. I quite enjoyed the little Paris Bakery in the morning on the way to the Toy Story Lot! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with our stay, and would definitely book here again the next time we come to visit. The pool was great, and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day after walking all around Disney.Show More

Location isn't right across the road but only 15mins walk from Disney security, far closer than many other hotels and right amongst it all. The Anaheim Garden Walk is next door, although we only visited twice it's beautiful. Hotel is clean and tidy. The amenities are great for a 2-star: beds super comfy, room spacious, kids LOVED the deep pool and jacuzzi. All staff were lovely, and we can barely fault our stay. It really was exactly what we wanted during our Anaheim Disney stay. Beware the $15/night parking extra, this wasn't totally clear during booking but it's a little cheeky, hard to avoid - should just be built into the booking. Overall this was a 5-star stay at a 2-star hotel and I recommend.Show More

Rooms large and very clean- good sized fridge, lots of storage space and a personal safe (coming from the UK with cash this was one of the main decisions in deciding to stay here). Used the pool and the hot tub- was always empty! Staff at reception very welcoming and friendly. Coffee maker in the room and free toiletries too. Able to store bags on departure day. Best price nearby that I could find. By the way- if you find a pair of headphones in our room could you let us know? Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!Show More
