We spent two nights at this hotel. Overall it was decent but not the high quality you would expect for the cost per room nor the location it was in. So here is where it went wrong: checking in we coul...We spent two nights at this hotel. Overall it was decent but not the high quality you would expect for the cost per room nor the location it was in. So here is where it went wrong: checking in we could not understand what the lady behind the desk was saying as a result of her heavy accent; the room we were in had a sour/unpleasant odor (which I attribute to the carpeting); the blind covering the window in the shower was too short (it stopped right at midsection level) to cover the window and was missing a portion of one of the slats (which was at chest level); we used two bath towels and two washcloths for the first day/night there, when we returned the second day the two washcloths had been replaced but not the towels, which were still very wet from our morning showers; the in room refrigerator was dented and scratched up; the hairdryer in the bathroom had sticky (gooey) buttons and would not work; upon entering the hotel to check in my mother fell coming down the stairs just inside the door, NONE of the employees even flinched; a maid knocked on our door just before we were about to leave to ask about cleaning the room (it was just before 10am, two hours before official check out time); we were given coupons to receive a free beverage when we checked in, so we visited the shop on the second afternoon and just as another reviewer stated, "the snack bar felt like the sad aftermath of a spring break gone wrong: mostly out of stock, and staffed by someone who looked like they wished they were anywhere else"; when we checked out, again we could not understand most of what the lady behind the desk was saying; during the loading of our vehicle my mother stumbled attempting to place our items in the vehicle and again none of the staff flinched; after I had loaded our vehicle with our belongings a man approached and asked if we needed our vehicle valeted (we were loading our items to leave, why would we valet our vehicle?); the elevator to get to our room was very small (4 people fit comfortably) and on numerous occasions we had to wait for another to arrive; there was a STRONG (what I can only assume was some kind of incense) odor throughout the lobby level; the pillows on the beds were heavy and felt like a bag of rocks. So, if you decide to stay at this hotel, I wish you good luck...show more

I stayed for three nights during the 2025 ATE PI conference and had a genuinely enjoyable experience. Highlights: The fitness center was excellent—clean, well-equipped, and never felt overcrowded. ...I stayed for three nights during the 2025 ATE PI conference and had a genuinely enjoyable experience. Highlights: The fitness center was excellent—clean, well-equipped, and never felt overcrowded. My room was a standout. The full-size tub was amazing and made winding down each evening a treat. Housekeeping kept everything tidy and refreshed daily. Conference accommodations were top-notch. Rooms were set up well, AV worked smoothly, and staff support was outstanding throughout. Food & Beverage: Overall, the food was okay to good. The conference offerings were varied, and most items were solid. That said, the scrambled eggs missed the mark—runny/slimy texture. Also, many dishes seemed to rely on vegetable/nut/seed oils, which isn’t my preference. More olive-butter/tallow options or clearer oil labeling would be appreciated. Room Condition: Only minor cosmetic issues: some baseboards and doorway trim pulling away/dinged up. Nothing that affected comfort, but worth a light refresh. Service: Staff were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive—truly excellent. Bottom Line: A great choice for conferences and a comfortable stay overall. With a few tweaks to breakfast and a touch-up on room trim, this would be an easy five-star experience. I’d happily return.show more

I luckily checked my emails and called them to clear this up, the person who answered said not to worry and that they would make sure my reservation didn’t get cancelled, but when I woke up the next morning my reservation had been cancelled anyways. I called yet again and was told that I needed to pay the entire amount upfront in order to get my reservation back. This is highly unusual and not something any hotel has ever asked before. I was forced to pay, and asked if I would need to pay anything else and was assured that I wouldn’t. When I arrived 2 days later, they required another deposit for each night. All around a horrible experience, very shady and stressful. I would suggest booking ANY other hotel in the area before considering this one. Oh, and not only was I given the worst room after all of this (1st floor, last room in the hallway, view of the dumpsters) the only ice machine on the floor didn’t work either.show more

I had never stayed at an Omni Hotel. I'm so glad I did. I attended the OFN conference, held at the Washington Hilton on D.C. The rooms at the Hilton were sold out for the conference, but I am extremel...I had never stayed at an Omni Hotel. I'm so glad I did. I attended the OFN conference, held at the Washington Hilton on D.C. The rooms at the Hilton were sold out for the conference, but I am extremely happy I found the Omni. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was a little small, but the water pressure was excellent, the towels were soft and their toiletries were wonderful. The beds are perfect for my taste, comfortable and the linens were clean. The entrance to the hotel is breathtaking, so beautifully decorated, clean, fresh and spacious. I slept very well, didn't hear any noise from the halls or the outside. There was a chair with an ottoman, a desk with plenty of lighting and outlets, TV and air conditioner. The room was perfect!!! ALL the people that work there, that I encountered, were pleasant, friendly, helpful and kind. Now when I search for hotels in other states, I will first look up OMNI's!!!show more
