We always bring our own blanket (which has a picture of her in a Sandman Hotel), clean the room ourselves, and skip housekeeping, so this affected our review — was great until we checked out and that was just hurtful. The hotel is well maintained, modern, and has spacious rooms with family- and pet-friendly features (though pet policy varies and our opinion changed drastically when we checked out). Amenities include a proper coffee maker, water kettle, microwave, mini-fridge, an ergonomic desk chair, reading lights, and ample outlets—all in a standard room. The bathroom is large, especially for a standard room. Facilities include a nice pool, hot tub, secure underground parking with reserved spots for Platinum RSVP members (so we felt comfortable going out on busy days knowing there would be an underground spot available), and card-restricted access to elevators and stairs.Show More
