From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and excellent service made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. As Marriott Bonvoy Titanium members, we were especially impressed with the way the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making us feel valued and genuinely welcomed. A special highlight of our experience was the breakfast buffet, which exceeded our expectations in both quality and variety. The offerings were fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented each morning. We would like to give special recognition to Khun Pu and Khun Wudh, who are part of the hotel’s management team, as well as Tisha from the breakfast team. Their attentive and gracious service truly stood out and added a personal touch to each morning. Khun Pu and Khun Wudh’s leadership and hands-on approach were clearly reflected in the smooth operation and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel, and Tisha’s friendly, attentive service made every breakfast a pleasure. I had few issues during my visit, which I brought to the hotel staff attention. The management (Ms Eva and Mr Pu) went above and beyond to address my concerns and made sure I felt heard and valued as a guest. Their genuine apology, professionalism and how they addressed my concerns left a lasting impression on me. Just because of that experience, I chose to book the same hotel again when I returned to Bangkok in September 2025, and I’m happy I did. I was personally greeted by Ms. Eva, who remembered me and welcomed me with such warmth and kindness…. it made me feel like a valued guest and that they care! The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding service and personal attention from the staff.
