First time staying there. Excellent service from the moment you walked through the door with the door man, to take in your bags, checking in and then getting to the room. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room which was perfect and met accessibility needs. We dined at one of the restaurants for dinner which was Absolutely amazing and also checked out Brooksy bar which had a great five and atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was also delicious with lots of options however a little bit pricey at $45 per head. Location of the hotel was great as it was easily accessible to the city in circular Quay as well as most of the places that we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others following our amazing experience.Show More

The branding and placement of these bottles gave the impression they were complimentary, as many hotels provide ...Misleading Water Charges-Two water bottles labelled “Amora” were placed in the minibar. The branding and placement of these bottles gave the impression they were complimentary, as many hotels provide complimentary water for guests. Had the bottles been branded like Evian or Mt Franklin, I would understood that they were part of the minibar and avoided them. Even though I paid $12 for the two water bottles, I felt so misled, overcharged, and disappointed. In addition, room services staff did not clean or replaced half-drunk tea cups; instead they placed coasters on top of them. Is this practice and the no complimentary water acceptable or expected in hotels, let alone a "5-star" like this one.Show More

The location is excellent,very close light rail stop and easy walk from the train station. You can be lucky and get a room with a glimpse of the water, otherwise office buildings/park.
