We had a spacious, clean room with good toiletries and a fabulous packed breakfast to take with us as we had an early start the following day, apart from the cheap reconstituted orange juice that was included. That said, the orange juice that was served as part of the extensive buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Shame the forthcoming festivities advertised omitted the word Christmas after all that’s the whole point….Show More

He politely replied come back at 12:30 and we will have a room for you ready. My mother and 5 year old daughter went back at 12:30 and it was. Bags already in our room.
