Don't be deceived by the four stars and images online. This is a very run down hotel in an awful location. I arrived and was first of all told there was no booking for me. Eventually that was resolved...Don't be deceived by the four stars and images online. This is a very run down hotel in an awful location. I arrived and was first of all told there was no booking for me. Eventually that was resolved. The reception area felt dark and deserted. The restaurant was closed- at 7pm!! There is nowhere nearby to get food. I went to my room which was very run down. Scratched furniture, stained carpets, torn curtains and a very badly damaged TV! I had a shower - water pressure and temperature was ok. But the toiletries provided were insufficient and cheap. I didn't even have a soap!! I did show photos of the damaged items in my room- mainly to make sure I wasn't blamed- the woman on reception just laughed!!! The breakfast the next day was so poor that I didn't bother sitting down to eat. Very limited selection. I have ended up going to the Starbucks which is about 10 minutes away for the three mornings I was there. The location of the hotel is poor- nothing near by except a lot of shipping containers!!
