I've stayed here about 4 times in the last year, and I've always had great service from the front desk to the housekeeping. The beds are always really comfortable, the pillows make it an easy sleep and the shower has some great pressure. The location cannot be beat. Plenty of shops and restaurants around, short distance to the Broadway In Chicago theaters, an easy distance to Mag Mile and the Riverwalk and a short drive from Union Station (I always take the train from Milwaukee because I think parking fees are ridiculous in the Loop). I'll see you again, Cambria!!Show More

They clearly need additional training on loyalty recognition, this is a Cambria brand standard enforced by Choice Hotels. The team does not acknowledge Choice Privileges members at all. As a Diamond Member, I was denied a late check-out with no explanation other than, “we’re just not offering it.” On a positive note, the bartender working the evening of 11/10 (long hair, glasses) was excellent! He was professional, personable and attentive. He’s exactly the kind of hospitality attitude the Front Desk should model.Show More
