Forget “room service” — this man delivers an experience. The food arrived hot, perfectly timed, and plated like a royal feast. Omair didn’t just bring breakfast — he brought joy, charisma, and a level of hospitality that made us question if we were secretly famous. By day two, we started timing our orders just to see if he could beat his own record (spoiler: he did). Every time he showed up, he made us laugh, remembered our preferences, and treated us like old friends. I’m 99% sure if we’d asked for something totally unreasonable — like a bald eagle carrying a mimosa — Omair would’ve at least tried. The hotel itself? Gorgeous. Clean. Classy. But truthfully, it was Omair that made our stay unforgettable. If Trump Hotels could clone this guy, they’d take over the hospitality world by breakfast tomorrow. First class experience. The 1 1/2 baths was a wonderful bonus for that added privacy. The living room was larger than most chicago downtown apartment living rooms and was perfectly laid out. The view of the river from the bedroom was great also. Thanks to the staff for making this such a special weekend for us who live in the northern burbs and our family from Europe. We shall be back. Also the welcome taste of champagne and towels were small little details that put this hotel in the category it deserves.Show More
