Having stayed here numerous times before this visit was surprisingly disappointing. First, when we checked in we were assigned a room with a busted TV, so they reassigned us a room that was not the t...Having stayed here numerous times before this visit was surprisingly disappointing. First, when we checked in we were assigned a room with a busted TV, so they reassigned us a room that was not the type we booked (king Sized Bed). This second room smelled like cigarettes (non smoking room btw). Then we returned to the front desk and was told there were not more rooms. Only when I mentioned talking to a manager did they have a third option. Went to this room and it was okay but only gained access after 3 more visits to the front desk because the key reader wasn’t working for guest issued keys. The associate working the desk had to come with a master key to let us in. Show More

The lamp shades were cracked. There were stains on the walls and wires hanging out of the walls. The smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling. The TV didn't work. The sink in the bathroom did not drain, and the maintenance man refused to come in at 7pm to fix it. The management refused to give us a refund, and we had to find another place to stay late on a Saturday night. Do not recommend and will not stay there. Show More
