Being a lifetime Titanium, I feel like I've stayed in enough Marriott properties to qualify this one as excellent. From the standpoint of amenities, this hotel will not fail you. From a great outdoor pool and bar experience led by a capable and friendly bartender Jacob, you will not be disappointed. On the inside you will find Lisa the parrot greeting all the guests at check-in. Stellar service from the front desk team of Tyler and Lindsay made our trip highly enjoyable. Tyler and Lindsay catered to our every need and successfully blended a highly polished professional demeanor with a friendly and helpful nature. At the restaurant, Taryn spent time ensuring we had the service and personal touch that we have come to expect at Marriott. This is my first online review ever but I felt it necessary to recognize this stellar team. I have traveled to 42 countries and all 50 states and have rarely seen this level of service and commitment to excellence. We will be booking another trip soon. Great October location. Took the family after few days in Orlando and this Marriott couldnt sit on a better spot. All rooms are suites and we were given top floor. Amazing view of water , felt li...Great October location. Took the family after few days in Orlando and this Marriott couldnt sit on a better spot. All rooms are suites and we were given top floor. Amazing view of water , felt like being on a cruise ship balcony. Hate resort fees... but atleast this included bikes daily, paddleboard, and most importantly beach chair service for the family. Great breakfast daily included for platinum and above. Pool was heated and had some activities on weekends for kids. Great pool service from CASS. Solid fish tacos and coconut shrimp. Right next door to Columbias which was one of the reasons we booked. Amazing food. Watercolor restaurant onsite had a really good ribeye. Close to Clearwater beach action without being loud or busy. Often you find properties age and services or amenities decline, which is not the case with this resort. The property is immaculate, the rooms are upgraded and clean, and they’re still providing friendly, impeccable service. Additionally, the location is second to none. With the beautiful Gulf a quick walk or van ride away, the gorgeous views from every room and the resort style pool, I’m not sure what anyone else could want. I’m already planning a return visit- and a much longer stay!Show More

The Marriott is our favourite place to stay when in Clearwater - it’s conveniently located with a free frequent trolley to link you to all that Clearwater has to offer. The Sand Key beach isn’t as nice as the main beach in our opinion however you can connect there on the beach shuttle buggy and the beds and umbrella are provided as a part of the resort charge. The beds are comfy, towels are fluffy, great daily maid service and the room is a nice size and recently upgraded and refreshed. The food and drinks are all plentiful in choice and all taste nice - a little expensive however everything in the USA is today….. One remaining issue that remains is the WIFI quality - step out onto the balcony or the pool areas and you need to use your data - or the Columbia Restaurant WiFi as this seems to work fine….. The choice is wide and offerings are strong in the area - this resort offers a good mid point for value with good service and accommodations. Huge shout out to the friendly team and especially Shirley on reception - a truly nice person with a 100% focus on customer care.Show More
