We don't live far from Clearwater Beach, just right up the coast about 45 mins, but we needed a night away. The Courtyard Marriott was reasonably priced, but also we knew the accommodations would be ...We don't live far from Clearwater Beach, just right up the coast about 45 mins, but we needed a night away. The Courtyard Marriott was reasonably priced, but also we knew the accommodations would be pleasant & clean. We did upgrade our room when we got there a few mins before 5pm, because our room wasn't ready. Check-in is at 4pm, so really that shouldn't happen, but they gave us a discount on the upgrade & it made it worth it for us to do that. Valet parking is required at this location. We've been to plenty of other hotels that do this too. They'll pull the valet fee out of your refundable incidents hold. Richard was very pleasant when we arrived. Welcoming & friendly, we asked a few questions & he was happy to answer anything. When you leave, you could quickly text a # with your assigned car #. Isaiah had are car ready by the time we got down there & was also pleasant & polite. All the staff were. We liked the view from the balcony of the intercoastal water. It was nice to watch the boats come & go. The room was clean, cool & comfortable. We were only there to sleep, but the beds & pillows were nice too. We would definitely stay here again.Show More

The valet team greeted us with genuine warmth, and Keida at the front desk was incre...I celebrated my 50th birthday at the Courtyard Clearwater Beach and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The valet team greeted us with genuine warmth, and Keida at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating—even when our reserved room wasn’t available, she found us a great alternative. We had a delivery issue, and Keida promised to follow up. Sure enough, the Manager on Duty, Tameka, came through and located it. She also helped us again after checkout when we realized we’d left some chairs behind—her kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated. The rooftop bar was a highlight! The bartender working the evening of 9/25 was outstanding—friendly, professional, and made our night. Secily (I hope I’m spelling that right!) was also wonderful, helping with billing questions and chatting about the area. She worked the morning of 9/27 and evening of 9/28. Every staff member made us feel welcome, cared for, and valued. I’m so grateful we chose this property for such a special occasion. Highly recommend!Show More
